How long does it take to get a Reflex credit card?

If you are not approved immediately, the bank may take a few business days to process your application. It can then take anywhere from a few days to up to 3 weeks from approval to receiving your credit card in the mail.

How do I contact Reflex MasterCard customer service?

My Reflex credit card payment is not being processed. Where can I find information about the payment?

There are currently three payment methods for your Reflex MasterCard: online, by phone, and by mail. You can find out how to do this in detail in the “Payment” section above.

Can I apply with a co-applicant or a joint account?

No, you can not. However, you can add an authorized user.
